Depression

Depression can seriously impact a person's life and depression has been implicated as a death of very many people. Depression causes a lot of deep sadness and  emptiness, the feeling of deep sadness and that's not the only symptom we get, it's a feeling of emptiness. People who have depression are exhibit at least 5 of 9 symptoms for last 2 weeks. If we got 5 of them then we are clinically depressed.  According to the gender, the risk of deprssion is 50% more then in  women. Now a days its dramitically increasing in newer generation. Effect of junk food on teenagers

Proper nutrition is essential for every person, but most importantly for teenagers. Unfortunately most of the teenagers do not care about consuming healthy food. They prefer to consume unbalanced diet, pre-packaged food, canned food etc. It may require some effort to change our daily eating habits, but even a few simple changes will make a huge difference. Many teenagers eat junk food every day. This might be KFC, Pizza hut pizza, deep fried food, french fries,nachos etc. The teen years are a period of rapid growth and development. In fact, teenagers need more calories during this period than they will never need again in their lives.A lot of hormonal changes take place in teenagers which makes them susceptible to mood swings and behavioral changes. And a healthy diet plays an important role in maintaining that hormonal balance. Because junk food lack essential nutrients.Teens need vitamins and minerals to function properly, especially during growth spurts.
